The DENFAIR 2018 Wrap-Up

Thank-you for making our DENFAIR 2018 a great success, we were simply overwhelmed by the positive response!

This was our first year at DENFAIR, Australia’s leading interiors and architecture trade event and we were so pleased to welcome new and familiar faces into our gallery stand. The anticipated launch of photographic series Sea Lake by Brooke Holm was particularly well-received with write-ups on The Design Files and The Design Chaser as well as receiving the Highly Commended for the DENFAIR Awards Best in Gallery category!

Whilst presenting in the gallery section we also introduced visitors to MT Studio, an original collection of contemporary furniture designed and made by us. The Monolith Series, particularly the coffee table, was admired by visitors for its soft flamed granite texture and monumental scale.

In addition, we featured a selection of new works from our top artists including, Nicolette Johnson, Tessy King, Ellie Malin, Saxon Quinn, Stacey Rees, and Zhu Ohmu (who’s work is now headed to Miami, after catching the eyes of an international design enthusiast!).

We would like to thank the hard work of an incredible team and local suppliers for making our Denfair stand and the visitor experience come together so well. It was really wonderful to be amongst such great art and design, chatting with so many lovely DENFAIR visitors about what Modern Times is currently up to.”
— Amy Malin, director/and co-founder Modern Times
