We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind on full priced items within 14 days of purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or order with Modern Times simply call 03 9913 8598 or email us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase and we can help you organise a return.

Sometimes it’s hard to know if it’s going to work at home so take advantage of our furniture return policy. If the product is not right for you please contact the team within 5 days of its arrival and we can arrange a return or exchange. Christmas gifts exchange policy
Shop worry-free at Christmastime. We are happy to offer an exchange or credit for any gifts purchased after Nov 1st if returned by the 30th of January with proof of purchase and in the as-sold condition. If you require the exchange period to be extended please contact the team at Modern Times.
If in the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not meet your expectations of quality, appearance or fail to fulfil their purpose, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to replace the product (or arrange a refund if no replacement is available) if the product does not perform the key function, or if there is another major problem.
