If you live outside a metro area or are purchasing something fragile, we’ll contact you before processing your order to discuss shipping.
We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind on full price or sale items within 14 days of the purchase and refunds on furniture within 5 days of delivery. All purchases must be in original sellable condition.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or order with Modern Times simply call 9913 8598 or email us at email@example.com and we can help you organise a return. The customer is liable for all shipping costs.
Sometimes it’s hard to know if it’s going to work at home so take advantage of our furniture refund policy. If the product is not right for you please contact the team within 5 days of its arrival and we can arrange the refund and return or exchange. The customer is liable for all shipping costs and items must be returned in the as-sold condition.
Christmas gifts exchange policy
Shop worry-free. We are happy to offer an exchange or credit for any gifts purchased after Nov 1st if returned by the 30th of January with proof of purchase. If you require the exchange period to be extended please contact the team at Modern Times. All purchases must be in original sellable condition.
If in the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not meet your expectations of quality, appearance or fail to fulfil their purpose, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to replace the product or arrange a refund if no replacement is available if the product does not perform the key function or there is another major problem with the product.
