The Omstak chair designed by Rodney Kinsman for Bieffeplast is an iconic piece of design. Designed in 1971, this stacking chair achieved enormous success, and is still sought after today. The seat and back are made of moulded sheet steel coated with epoxy resin, and the holes in the construction – now a recognisable design feature of this piece – enhance its stability. Slightly curved to suit the human body, it’s comfortable, lightweight and simple in its construction. It would make a great office chair or an eclectic dining chair, and features the original Bieffeplast branding.
