The Model 4312 Daybed is an amazing piece designed in 1958 by iconic mid-century Danish designer Borge Mogensen for Fredericia Stolefabrik. Featuring a solid oak frame and stunning new black and white InStyle upholstery, this is a daybed to be used and enjoyed well into the future. It also includes a linen basket that conveniently slides in and out from under the seat. You can use it for storage, or remove it completely for a minimal aesthetic. The backrest is also something to be admired; the structured, geometric frame is a lesson in craftsmanship and detail and a fine example of Mogensen’s approach to design. Use as a generously-sized daybed for lounging in style, or remove the back cushions and convert it into a temporary (and seriously chic) bed for guests!
