This is a classic Surfboard coffee table designed by Grete Jalk in the 1960s. There are many beautiful design features; the richly-grained teak, the tapered legs, and the sleek slat shelf below for extra storage. The slats also add extra sturdiness, contributing to the quality construction of this vintage Danish piece. Jalk was widely praised for her interior designs, however this series of tables was widely heralded as successful Danish design.
