An industrial pendant light designed by Louis Kalff for Dutch manufacturer brand Philips in 1960s. This vintage Louis Kalff design features a black inverted shade with bone white perforated metal detail in the centre. With one down light and three upward facing lights, perfect to light up your dining space! Louis Kalff was employed by electrical company Philips in the 1920s and guided the company to adopt a modern and colourful approach working on numerous design projects including a range of innovative and beautiful lamps. Louis Kalff lamps are rare and valuable, sought after for their space age silouhettes and simple design details such as perforation, colour and mix of materials that are all used with restraint and purpose.
