Quinto Sculpture in Powder Coated Steel and Sandstone by Luca Lettieri.

Luca Lettieri is a multidisciplinary artist based in Adelaide. His work is driven by process and inspired by rural Italian folk art traditions and post minimalist artworks, with colour and texture being the predominant feature.

This work was created in response to Modern Times’ exhibition Transcendence.

Quinto explores the ideas of permanence and context; the stone transcends a mortal understanding of time far outlasting all things around it, coupled with fleeting ideas of human existence.

This event is part of Melbourne Design Week 2020, an initiative of the Victorian Government in collaboration with the NGV. Visit our showroom to view the exhibition from March 12 – 22.
